Sportalia stores the information organizers submit to create accounts and publish event listings, including name, email address, organization details, and listing content.

The site also collects basic analytics and operational telemetry needed to understand usage, diagnose errors, and improve the product.

Organizer account data is used to authenticate users, display their public event listings, and support event-management features in the dashboard.

Operational analytics are used to monitor traffic, page performance, and product issues. Sportalia does not sell organizer account data.
